These Terms of Service govern your use of Smalltown Boy AI at https://smalltown-boy.org. By using the service you agree to them.

The Service

Smalltown Boy AI lets you upload two photos, usually of pets, and generate a short AI video in the style of the viral Smalltown Boy dance trend, in which the two take turns screaming into the camera and then dance side by side. Smalltown Boy AI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bronski Beat, their record label, TikTok, Instagram, ByteDance or the creators who started the trend. The generated videos do not include the song "Smalltown Boy"; if you add it, you do so through the platform you post on and under its music licence.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Smalltown Boy AI. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. If a photo shows another person, you must have their consent to put them in a video. Any person shown in a photo must be 18 or older; do not upload photos of minors. Do not upload photos of celebrities or other public figures.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Smalltown Boy AI to:

• impersonate any person, including Bronski Beat or the creators of the trend, or pass off a video as real footage of them;
• create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise harmful content;
• mislead people, commit fraud or spread disinformation;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content, block generations or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Subject to these Terms and to the rights of others, you may use the videos you generate, including posting them on social platforms. Please label them as AI-generated where required.

AI Output

AI results can vary. We do not guarantee that a video will be accurate, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing it before you share it.

Credits and Payments

Some features may require credits or a paid plan. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by a third-party provider. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, payments are non-refundable; if a generation fails because of a fault on our side, the credits used will be returned.

Termination

You may stop using Smalltown Boy AI at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use Smalltown Boy AI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
